@nelfan @strght Please note this is a Member State–driven initiative that aims to stimulate open source across Europe. Any Member State can join at any time as a member or an observer, and some have already expressed interest, such as Luxembourg, Belgium, and Austria. The EU funding was approved by all 27 Member States for this EDIC, as well as for others covering different topics and involving different Member States. Hope this clarifies. @dinum @BMDS
