Ukraine now has the proven capability to destroy most of fascist Russia's main oil refineries, which are now in range of Ukraine's new weapons systems.

Russia should sue for peace, withdraw from all occupied Ukrainian territories to 1991 borders, return stolen children and adult detainees and PoWs, start paying reparations, and surrender war crimes suspects for trial in The Hague.

Otherwise, it faces the prospect of its oil industry being destroyed and its economy collapsing.
