Austria and Finland have successfully done two live transactions through the Once Only Technical System (OOTS) in healthcare and the recognition of professional qualifications.
The OOTS is the EU’s secure infrastructure for government-to-government data exchange across borders ensuring that EU citizens and businesses submit documents just once, without downloading from one authority and uploading to another.
