Interested to hear how they approach transparency for high-risk systems, especially when the underlying model is proprietary. From my experience with free software, accountability without access to code and training data is mostly paperwork. I'd like to know if they'll discuss whether open models can make enforcement easier, not just for EU institutions but for anyone affected.
