@bruces Tell me if I'm missing something: This is a description of a new way to deterministically control gene expression, for the purposes of medical research, from the external stimulus of electromagnetic fields, by which I am guessing they mean somewhat longer wavelengths than UV, infrared, which have been used for this for years. It's a little weird the abstract says "EMF" given that UV/IR are already EMFs, but otherwise it isn't looking too tin-foil-hatty to my inexperienced eyes.
